CONVOCATORIA

Dear colleagues,

We would like to inform you about our application deadlines for the academic year 2010/2011.
The deadline for the winter term (1 September 2010 to 31 January 2011) is 31 May 2010, the deadline for the summer term (1 March 2011 to 31 July 2011) is 31 October 2010.

I will attach our application forms as pdf forms. Please send the following documents of your applicants:

1. completely filled in application form (please fill them in by computer)
2. transcript of records of your institution
3. learning agreement
4. two passport sized photos

We will provide them with information packages, giving them information on visa, health insurance, excursions, tutoring programmes and much more. During our orientation weeks at the beginning of each semester we will deal with all necessary formalities and help your students with course selections. We offer German language courses during these orientation weeks and during the semester. If your students wish, we provide them with accomodation at one of our students' residences or in shared flats. As a student you need approximately 650 euros per month to spend on living. If you have further questions regarding visa or other formalities, don't hesitate to contact me.
